The project requirements was to design, supply, and Install

• (2) 150 ton Top Running Double Girder Cranes each fit with (1) 100 ton and (1) 50 Ton hoists.  The cranes were fit with radio remote control systems complete with tandem crane control.  Meaning that all 4 hooks can be controlled simultaneously or individually by a single operator, from a single transmitter.  Komatsu required these cranes for Heavy Duty Repair on Mining Equipment.
• (2) 40 ton Top Running Double Girder Cranes each fit with (1) 30ton and (1) 10 Ton hoists.  The purpose of these cranes is for maintenance and repair of lighter equipment.
• All cranes motors powered by Variable Frequency Drives for superior performance and motor control.
• (12) Column Mount 3 Ton jib cranes for individual station repair work.
• 100 Ton Electric transfer cart.  This cart handles materials from the fabrication area into the Paint booth.  The transfer cart was designed with Explosion proof features to work safely in the paint booth.
• 50 ton Electric transfer cart.  This cart moves materials laterally from Heavy Duty shop to Light Duty Shop.  Ideal for transferring heavy materials from one bay to the next.
