Dear Customers,

We are pleased to announce that WF Steel & Crane has reached an agreement with CRS Cranesystems Inc. to acquire their aftermarket division assets. WF is an industry leader in design, manufacturing, and servicing of all types of Overhead Traveling and Jib Cranes, so by adding the CRS service locations and employees, this gives us the ability to reach more customers throughout Canada. Existing WF customers nationwide will benefit by the additional service locations, specifically in Langley BC, and Mississauga, Ontario to better serve customers in those areas. WF will ensure that the CRS service customers continue to get the high-quality service that they have come to expect. CRS customers in addition to the brands that they currently buy from CRS, will benefit by getting access to the WF crane brand that includes an in- house engineering team and comes with GH components. We also take this opportunity to welcome all the CRS customers and employees and we look forward to working with all of you.

Important notes for CRS customers.

Please note that all invoices from CRS Crane Systems dated April 5^th or older are to be paid to CRS Crane Systems as original. For all work on or after April 6^th, CRS customers will need to set up WF as a new vendor with the appropriate WF EFT banking information, as all futureinvoices will be coming from the appropriate WF company with these payment instructions.

What about CRS customers that have orders in progress with CRS? WF will ensure the transition is as smooth as possible for CRS customers and will make all efforts to make sure their work gets completed as originally ordered. WF will work with these customers to ensure Purchase Orders issued to CRS get closed out and new orders issued to the appropriate WF company, so the work can be completed on schedule.

110,000 Square Feet of Manufacturing Space

The expansion completed at our 2107-6 street facility combined with our 602-22 ave facility gives us over 110, 000 square feet of manufacturing space and has allowed us to end our lease at our Shop 2 410-24 ave facility without losing production capability and will therefore make WF Steel & Crane more efficient and add more value to our customers.

The Shop 2 move out will be completed by the end of the year and a result there is some equipment that will no longer be needed, such as overhead cranes and steel processing equipment and sold at our November 2^nd auction.

One last announcement. We surveyed our employees and they voted that we change the names of our facilities.

• 2107-6 Street formerly shop 3 will now be known as “South Plant”.
